For this community:
- Improve the quality of education
- Monitor the balance between civil liberties and homeland security
- Work to ensure ALL eligible people can vote
- Push for sustainable land use decisions
For yourself:
- Increase camaraderie and community spirit

- Facilitate community dialogues

When you act with other members of the League of Women Voters, your voice is magnified.
Every member participates in the League as personal time and preference permit. There is a place for everyone and every lifestyle. Please fill out the Interest Survey Form and send with your membership application form.
Membership scholarships are available for all or part of dues. Scholarship Application Form
League Committees
Much of the League's work is done through committees.
Voter Service Committee members are responsible for many of the activities for which the League is best known. They include conducting voter outreach and registration efforts; researching the pros and cons on ballot measures; preparing the questions for candidates to answer in the Voters Guide; and conducting candidate forums.
